Meet Dee Dussault

Dee is an internationally-recognized leader in the cannabis-enhanced movement.

In 2009, Dee offered the first public cannabis-enhanced yoga class.

Not a single person came., but Dee Stuck with it. A few years later authored the best-selling Harper Collins book by the same name, and from there started to train others in her methodology of safe yoga plus mindful cannabis. Ganja Yoga has been hosted by MAPS, Emerald Cup, SF State University, and Plant Spirit Medicine Conference, and featured in the New York Times, Business Insider, & Wall Street Journal.

Thousands of people in twenty cities (and four countries!) have blazed and bent with Dee, - and hundreds have taken the Ganja Yoga Training (from as far as Hong Kong and Australia). On a deep spiritual path and aligned with her purpose, Dee has practiced yoga and done personal development work since the mid-90’s. Her 500-hour teacher-training was with Ananda Shakti, in the Tantric Yoga tradition of Swami Satyananda Saraswati. Her psychedelic-guidance training was with Center for Medicinal Mindfulness. She also has training in trauma-informed yoga, accessible yoga, Yoga Nidra, and biomechanics.

Ganja Yoga

Cannabis-enhanced spirituality was practiced all over the ancient world. The Ganja Yoga brand started in 2009, in Toronto Canada, and is now a global company with trained and certified Ganja Yoga Teachers all over the world.

Our mission is to help people from all walks of life experience deep relaxation & safe yoga with the use of plant medicines.

Ganja Yoga stands in solidarity.

Ganja Yoga provides partial scholarships for the Ganja Yoga Teacher Training to BIPOC, non-neurotypical, trans, non-binary, or gender nonconforming people who are experiencing financial need. We keep conversations about cultural appropriation alive at our trainings, and we work to support and amplify brands from historically-marginalized groups. We’re open to hear more ways to be a part of creating a more just world.
